I'm not sure how you will get any decal/sticker to conform to the domed shape. Maybe someone who vinyl "wraps" cars will have some ideas. It won't be easy.

I know I am (a few years) late to the party, but did you work out the 225 Four Barrel Decal for your dome style air cleaner? I just bought that same air cleaner for my Dart and then found this post while looking for a source for a one off decal. Curious what you ended up doing. Thanks.
