L/F 1969 Baltic Blue Metallic Formula or Equivalent

Restoring my B5 1969 Dodge Dart Swinger 340 with B7 interior trim. The dash frame and steering wheel are suppose be Baltic Blue Metallic. There's a guy that has the formula and selling both acrylic lacquer and thinner (2 Pints) for $270US! Man that's insane! Being from north of border would mean $350CDN.
OK so I'm sure others have run into this situation. Care to share a comparable formula or possibly a good color match?
