I second the "Hi Rev 7500". I have one on Vixen and it runs great so far. Both Rick Ehrenberg and Jegs advertise it to be made in USA and it comes with a made in USA sticker on it. I know. It's just a sticker, but I don't think they would get by with it long if it wasn't true. Wherever it's made, it seems to be pretty good.
