Out of curiosity what are the cost differences

I had everything sfi legal and new, when I was running the Cortina. Not one tech inspector looked to see if what I said on the form was true and correct. They DID check the real easy to check stuff that nhra has an agreement with the safety manufacturers to boost their bottom line: they ALWAYS checked seat belts and helmet, even though they saw my car four or five times a month, and it was the ONLY Cortina they ever saw.
Will nhra ever fix their stupid greedy seat belt and helmet regulations? (Rhetorical question, answer is f@#k no!)
