A230 3-speed

Chignikred, when you say front and rear, are you referring to the front as the countershaft and the rear as the reverse idler shaft? The countershaft is 15/16” diameter and the reverse idler is 3/4” diameter. I’m not sure if there are different thicknesses for these thrust washers?
