My personal best with the car is an 11.8 at 119... with a terrible 1.8 60 foot. That was with the 727 (entire auto setup goes with sale) and I can't recall which converter. I am NOT the "driver mod", as you can see. Much more experienced people have ridden in the car with me and said it feels like a 10 second car, if you can drive it there.
