Well gents Sunday afternoon again and again I find myself sitting in the lab tinkering / cooking supper. Venison roast with a garlic, onion, paprika, sugar rub and Hickory smoke. So far everything I’ve tried in the little Bradley smoker has turned out awesome. Make it a good one guys
What made you decide on the Bradley? My brother-in-law has a Masterbuilt and he likes it too.
