Does anyone know of a mini spare that fits 4" BP 68 Dart with KH front Disc if it matters. Stock 10" drums in rear. Thinking maybe Ford? Hoping someone's been there.

Ford never used 5x4, I think the closest you will find is early K car (Reliant, Omni, Mini vans, etc.) which used 5x100mm (5x4= 5x101.6) which is close but not exact- might get you by in an emergency, though. No idea if they'd clear KH brakes.
