Because of wild fire claims, almost every insurance company in California has stopped writing new policy's and refusing to renew existing policy's.. ALL the big company's are included....there are millions of homes that CANNOT get insurance except thru the CA company. AND that coverage is crappy and expensive....VERY expensive...
