Well, I finally hit the lottery in Vietnam. Here's my ticket. I got the last two numbers. 74. Pays a whopping $100, 000 dong. Approximately $4 USD. Tickets are about 40 cents a piece. I usually buy 10 at a time. Lord knows how much money I have spent on lottery tickets since I've been here. Everybody is walking around everywhere selling them. But you can win up to 2 billion dong which is about 80,000 USD :thumbsup:
