With front disc 4.5 inch. If the rear axles were made to "A" body specs, this drum should work

But if they were made to B,C,E body specs you MIGHT need to change backing plates also.

There is a difference from axle flange to bearing retainer A body is a smaller distance. B,C,E is a larger distance
