Your mail must be full. Click on your mail (envelope) choose the messages you can "leave" (delete) go to the top of that page and confirm the "leave" (delete). you can view the percentage of mail you have left or verify your mail is full. Just click on the envelope then click on show all and you can see the status of your mail.
