Told this story to young gas jockeys many times. When I bought the Dart there was no way you could put $14 worth of gas into it. They look at me in disbelief.
When I had to call Chevron Oil's credit department to see if card # so an so was approved for more than a $20 purchase after putting 50 gallons of leaded regular into the Wina-barge-o motorhome :lol:
