Well just got home from State Regional youth trap shoot. The venue is state sponsored via Game and Fish. The State provides ammunition and 14 or 18 trap fields? I dont remember which? Suffice to say it is opulent as only govt spending can do. It is manicured, paved and has a huge back stop full length. It is over the top nice, I love shooting there. We took just over thirty teens to the event. Last number I heard was right at 5700 shooters registered, plus parents siblings etc. it is a very cool event. I had a young lady finish second spot overall within our Team, she shot 44/50. And that I can assure you got the boys attention! Great times and tip of the hat to the State of Arkansas for supporting youth sports.
