'70 Dart 392 Project; what direction?
Front and rear glass goes in Monday. The doors and fender alignment on this car was total garbage. Striker in the passenger side was hiding a fully broken/cracked inner door. Seam sealer around the glass chrome was in the way, someone had hammer/dolly some of the fender corners into alignment near windshield, lots and lots of small problems like that. However he worked his magic and the doors line up fantastic and they close and open sooooo sweet and solid.
Hood has some misalignment but it’s the nature of this particular fiberglass hood. Not worried about it at the moment.
He also got gas struts installed for my hood and ditched the old factory springs.
I’m still waiting on rear seat upholstery to come available and need to get back to tuning and add an aftermarket fuel gauge but I should be hauling the car back home next week.
Sorry I left you all hanging. Life got insane there for a bit and I hauled the car to my buddy’s shop I think in August. He started in on it last month and it’s about done.
