Correct hood blackout on a 70 Swinger
right on the top break of the body lines, all the way up the hood and across the cowl to the edge of the windshield (properly remove the bottom trim for the windshield and paint to the edge of the windshield gasket so when the trim is in place no white shows). getting it taped right on the crown is not easy so some make it easier by cutting it off on the inside edge, but it isn't as intended. I can send the factory assembly guide diagram and instructions if you really want them.
I painted mine gloss black - it isn't a stock car and gloss is a lot easier to take care of.
