2000 dodge caravan 14 rims with 4.5 bolt pattern

'96 & up Caravan/Gr.Caravans with 4.5" bolt circles have the same center hole as Your hub. As far as offset, the factory LBP disc conversion pushes the wheels out towards the fender, so the van wheels would pull them back in. Also, the van rims have plenty of caliper room, unlike the LH platform of the same era, vans had the calipers outboard ~1/4" more than the LH. RWD caliper offset is similar to LH, so brakes should clear fine, I don't have the rim offset handy at the moment. 14" 1st gen. 2WD Dakota rims are also an option, My '87 came with them, they're here somewhere.
