Old magnum MP cam info

Ok
I'm wanting to spec out a cam for this build.
Most of you have seen my comments on what I want this engine for. I want somewhere around an actual 9-1/2:1, I'd bet that actual as built won't meet advertised CR, as the older engines than the magnum series. were, almost always less than advertised.
3/4 ton, reg cab 8' bed, 2wd, 5 speed stick with OD, 3.55 rear, (it's what I have) to something around 32" tires (currently 235/85-16) 360 mag with a 4bbl,
No EFI. Have dual plane M1 coming. Which is a dedicated square bore carb intake,
Will be running AC, power steering and brakes.
For carbs I have a handful of 600-625 Carterbrock, and a 9801 TQ with built in electric choke if I could make it work with rest of combo...98% SURE there won't ever be any kind of Holley on there .. I've never had any luck with them.
want to improve on factory torque.
Would like a roller cam that has the fuel pump eccentric cast in.... Stock distributor, either stock Mopar ECU or maybe try an HEI.
Trying to figure out cam specs is confusing, makes my head hurt. Granted I don't work with those kind of numbers very often.
Most likely will have one reground from Oregon.

Which brings up another of too many questions. I've heard of a "Delta cams" I believe somewhere in Washington State.... Anyone familiar with them? I guess they're a regrinder similar to Oregon cams.
If I were going flat tappet I was thinking something around a comp 260-272 range, but the equivalent in a roller/ since that's what the magnum has... Am I close to the right cam for an engine like this?
Would a late 80s factory roller LA cam be a good and usable core for a regrind?
I have a 76 360 and a 78 318 used, stock flat tappet cam sitting here but am I right in saying those couldn't be reground into a roller?
