Does this sound right

Talking with a guy on Facebook who has a 408 with Indy heads.
Cam is a roller 248/254@50
He claims on the dyno it makes peak power at 6800 rpm
To me that sounds really high with that small cam
While I think the peak is high in power and rpm for the information in the thread, any engine that has better breathing abilities will make more power. So, just how good are those Indy heads for one. Two, how are those lines cut on the cam? Certainly not a street ground lobe.
my 436'' W2 peaked at 6900. i'll try to find some dyno sheets.
