Will the Hemi live on?

Yeah buy EV Charger for 80k, never drive it, and it doubles in value at a car auction? Fake engine sounds out of speaker under rear bumper. I think yes there will be some ppl have to have newest car but I think its gonna be a low volume sales flop. As far as future collector car doubling in value, probably not.
I agree, $80k for a fancy golf cart with a fake exhaust speaker to try and mimic the experience of a real car. No way for me, and I feel the majority of Americans out there won't be excited either. We like the roar of our IC engines.

Plus, in realty, these EV's are basically going to be disposable. I read somewhere that once these battery wears out, it'll cost $20k-$35k to replace them. Spend $80k+ and then down the road when the battery dies you have shell out another $15k-20k-$30k+ just to keep it running. Plus those old batteries have to be disposed, so much for saving the environment or saving money on fuel.
