This can serve as a warning for everyone. We might be better off asking about potential obstacles before buying and installing things that we have not done before. It sucks to learn the hard way. It does seem that they aren't going to be UP FRONT about their products like they should.
We will have to start asking questions if we want to get in front of the problems instead of getting surprised by them.
