It should have the 3 holes; if not you could use the filler tube as a pattern and make the holes

fuel injection rated hose at both ends? from fuel line to sending unit and from fuel line to mechanical fuel pump? am i understanding that correctly?

The only reason I recommend fyel injection-rated hose is due the ethanol in the gas does a slow number on regular fuel line hose
