RV vs D150 VB

I believe all the valve bodies are the same. As you know you can set more or less pressure with the kickdown adjustment to specific need. Then the adjustable spring thing inside next to the shift linkage.

I set up the 4 bbl and kickdown here on the '89 318 Truck, wanted it to stay in gear longer ended up creating hard shifts.

Backed off the kickdown at the carb rod adjustment 2 full turns, then it shifted much more civilized.

The TransGo II is one of my favorite Valve Body Upgrades, solves problems, Pump Pumps in park, reroutes the flow patterns. Would do that to this Truck if I ever take the VB out, but it is working fine now so not going to mess with it.
