I had some problems with them too. They sent me poorly sewn bucket seat covers (stitching was separating on one side of the headrest pad, listing wire pockets missing) then tried blaming me and telling me I took the seat cover apart and tried sewing it myself. WTF. If I knew how to sew and had a machine, I would not have ordered their covers...

They also don't sew these the same as they did from the factory. this listing wire needs to be anchored to the panel where the seat medallions are attached. Ron said they don't do it that way and rely on the seat medallion to hold the seam down. I tried it that way and it did not look good. I had to glue the listing pocket down and then hand stitched it into place for reinforcement.

Anyway, after some arguing with Ron, finally got approved to send them back for repair. They paid shipping both ways on that one. Got them back and one of them was still not stitched right. Sent them back again. They didnt pay shipping to get the covers back to them this time. finally got the last cover back and got them installed. They look nice but I should not have had to go through what I did or pay out of pocket for them to fix their mistakes. I will avoid them at all costs for any future interior items I need.
