When was the last time you saw one of these (mystery race engine purchase)

I had a 509 cam in my 70 r/t charger,4 speed and 4.10 Dana. Fresh rebuild and added a six pak in 1985. That was a running mother. I would love to do that build over with some compression and good heads.

Always liked the 280/474 better than the 284/484.

The lowly 272/455 ran better than it should have but it might have been the ported 516 heads with big valves that made it magic. In a 71 300 2dr with HP manifolds,performer intake,750 vacuum secondary,and 3.23 gears.
