Low Pressure Sewer Run Test

I've been helping my Brother in law set up a new mobile home that his daughter just bought. Some of the hoops you have to jump thru now are just :realcrazy: We have to leave the line going to the septic tank open at a visible point, put a rubber plug in it, remove both toilets and plug the flanges, then fill both tubs with water for a leak down test that the county inspector has to sign off on. Brand hammer new trailer that cost $50K and you gotta do all that. We've ran the water lines, connected the power from the meter pole to the inside panel, installed the heat pump and have one porch built. I just can't get over the sewer line thing....lol. :BangHead:
