The rear hazards are same wires as the rear brake and turn signal. They go to the TS connector at the column. Do the brake lights work? Do the left and right signals work? The brake light power comes off the switched side of the brake light switch and feeds INTO the TS column connector.

If part of that works and part does not, it is right in the TS switch

Turns out it was the white feed wire to the rear lights right in the switch. A dab a solder where the wire attached to the contact and all is good. I never checked the rear brake lights when I noticed the hazards weren't working at first but, based on the repair, I suspect that they did not.
