I have the same issue with the Saginaw pump on my 440 with Trickflow 240 heads. I ran into the problem when I converted to the serpentine setup. The return line nipple barely clears the edge of the head. I have not clearanced the edge of the head but certainly could if I needed to pull the pump off again. Does not look like I would need to take a lot of meat off of the head to resolve
