Condenser for Instrument Panel Voltage Regulator

I would under NO conditions use an electro - mechanical style IVR, if that is what that is.

You should not need the condenser/ capacitor with a solid state regulator. It was for radio noise and to filter the output of the regulator, which switched on/ off similar to a flasher.

Otherwise, I would either solder a separate connector to the correct terminal of the board, or cut and strip the condenser lead, and solder the lead directly to the correct terminal
