I went with the ESPO +1 springs with Bilstein shocks on my '67, and at the time, I felt they raised it too much. eventually, I added some adjustable front perches to help lower it a little bit to my liking. I LOVE the ride of the Bilsteins.
That looks about how I’d like mine to sit. Are they 275/60 r15s on the back. I had come to the same conclusion that if I order 1”+ I can always drop them a lot easier than the other way round.
