I do have a 4bbl.and dual exhaust. Toying with the idea of putting headers I bought a few years ago on as well. What criteria would need to be met if I was to transplant a used Cam and lifters from my spare 318 with unknown history to save a little cash? Previous owner said he pulled it due to low compression on a cylinder or two.
well, was the lifters kept per lobe? If not, I'd use new lifters with it and do the cam break in. I might do the cam break in procedures anyways even if the lifters are supposed to be in order.
