3 speed in Wisconsin

Long shot, I get nothing is cheap. That being said. I'm in bay city Wisconsin and I'll travel a little bit but I'm looking for a dirt cheap 3 speed set up. Trans, shifter. Bell housing, none of it needs to be "nice". It's for a dirt cheap DIRT CHEAP dirt course play toy wondering if anyone has one or two laying around taking up space. My 10 year old wants to try and rip some cars around so it would be a blast. Thank you for anyone who responds
