do not have the hole or boss
67 Cast number 256030 318 block does not have the hole or boss
70 up
Blocks do not have the hole or boss
Timing covers
I have 2 1965 cast timing covers, both have the extra hole.
My 70 up cover does not.
So now there are 4 la timing covers
64-68with the extra hole
69 no extra hole and cast in timing mark on the pass side
70 to 70 something no extra hole, cast in timing mark on the driver's side.
70 something no extra hole, cast in timing mark on the driver's side and externally installed crank seal
I have searched and searched and I can not find a cover WITHOUT a cast in timing mark AND no extra hole.
ALL the covers a have found without a cast in timing mark are cast in 65.
