Yeah I thought about getting an OD trans like the A500, but I also like my cable shift A999, plus the money I invested into the A999.
And also the fact that putting in the A500/518 was going to require a bit of tunnel surgery.
Mine came out of a 1988 Dodge Diplomat which was a retired police cruiser. The 2.74 1st and 1.54 2nd gears is a plus as well.
So I'm going the Gearvendors route soon. (been saving up the past couple of years)
