Like I said.... what it should and will may be different.
My friends Duster just ran 7.30 which should be 11.4's. Stock stroke 340, 727, 4.10's, not sure of the converter. The OP has bigger/stronger engine, 904, I'd expect it to beat the 340 Duster if I assembled that build. 11.10 is where I'll sit (at least) on all motor
