New Comp cam issues

So I put new heads intake and cam in my car and now it sounds like this! I changed all the lifters hoping it would go away but it didn't it runs fine though is anyone having the same issue thanks
Comp Cam 20-223-3
Heads 340 X heads
Intake Air Gap
Block 1970 318 standard bore
Everything thing is new
