Small block motor mount question

A short while back I purchased spool engine mounts for a slant 6 from RockAuto (Westar brand I think). The ones I received were made in India and were the poorest quality I've ever seen. Instead of a tube for the bolt they used a piece of square tubing (probably 3/4 inch tube, maybe larger) and slightly smashed it on it's side to make the "hole" smaller. But it was still way larger than 1/2 inch. They went in the trash. They didn't cost much so I didn't expect much.
