New Comp cam issues

Get rags ready. Remove valve covers. Make sure you have gloves on; start the engine & let it idle. Put your hand on each rocker & listen for a change in sound. The one that changes in sound is the offender. Engine off, get that rocker so that the valve is closed. If you can push down on the prod end & feel spring tension, it means the lifter has not pumped up. If there is no movement, you could have wiped a lifter or lobe & further investigation is reqd.
