Rear quarter patch panel.

I have made up my own lower quarter panel repair sections with some sheet metal and a make shift bending brake (1 1/2" steel angle iron clamped to the top edge of a steel work bench).

Bend a 90° x 3/4" lip on the bottom to give it some strength.
