2)without pictures this post is useless. It is either a bent axle, (rebuilding with new press on bearings can do that). Bent rim- try swapping tires around- just because it is new does not mean it’s straight. Putting a tire on with a bad installer can bend a rim. Or plenty of minor things adding up to your problem.
3) this is an abody forum. You may find specific help at for b bodies only. Not that it all does not translate the same.
