Hemi 6.4 fuel pump

What did you do for the fuel sender, did you just block the fuel line? Or can you get senders with no line etc?
Also the nipple on the top of the tank near you fuel pump what connects to that? Been a while sinse pulled it all apart

We just cut a flat plate and used the pick up gasket and ring to seal that hole for testing for leaks. I assume that is what you are asking about.

I would consider using a stock pickup and just capping the line so I can use the stock fuel level sensor, but those have been junk so far so I will probably use the Camaro sensor and leave the stock pickup hole plugged like it is.

The nipple at the top middle is the vent for the stock system. Supposed to run up to the charcoal canister in the engine bay. It has a restriction built in so I wouldn't use it as a fuel return port.

The Camaro pump is a dead head system, pressure is regulated in the basket, so I don't need a return line or any place to plumb one in.
