Halifaxhops Slant 6 HEI Conversion Plate

It's a nice-looking item. I built an HEI system for an '87 Grand Fury to eliminate the lean burn, only to find that the electrical system couldn't supply enough juice to fire the HEI during hot starts , even with a relay. I probably could have rewired this, added a relay to that, upgraded something else, but in the end I went to the junkyard, got a factory Mopar ECU harness and ballast, installed it and never looked back.

The HEI system needs full 12 volts, can either bypass or eliminate the original ballast resistor.

Needs a properly matched coil for HEI like the Petronix 45,000 volt Flame Thrower III, or the E-Core 60,000 volt generation of high energy coils.
