1969 Dodge Dart Swinger 340 Sold at Mecum today for $40,000

I'm nearly finished my '70 Dart resto. I haven't added up the receipts but I'm sure I'm into it for $40K. The only thing I paid somebody too do was machine the block and heads and spray the car and rebuild the gearbox. I bought the paint, did all the metal and bodywork, rebuilt all the suspension and steering, upholstery, etc. While I am slower than a pro I am sure I have 1500 hours or more into it. Imagine paying somebody even for half of those hours.
