To be honest, the Bloomer head has been proven to make enough power to render the need kinda moot for a new offset rocker head. We already have the INDY head which is a better W2 head in aluminum already.
And anybody who is going to want something stouter than 700 horse potential of the Bloomer, and somewhat more with the rectangular port Indy is probably looking at the Victor head and or the W8/9 platform.
And in the LA world, with the continued more popular use of the Gen3 stuff, your teaching to a really small class.
I would say already, old school LA guys maybe 5 to 8% are guys looking to make much more than 600 horse N/A.
