Day 2: North Las Vegas – Salt Lake City
The main attraction was Valley of Fire just north of Las Vegas. I had only seen a few pictures and didn’t plan any time to do some hikes. Well worth the effort. The trip continued up to Salt Lake City. For some reason I just love the Virgin River Gorge, third time. I think the crazy part is how it seemingly comes out of nowhere.
