8 3/4 disc brake mystery

The cables are original to the 69. I need eyelet style cables to "hook" the lever on the rear disc parking brake levers. Looks like the Grand Cherokee used them.
Hopefully somebody else has done this mod and can provide part numbers. I guess last resort is find some eyelets and have them swaged to the OEM cables.
