95' when life was good!!!

Certainly has changed for sure.

My first duster 340 in 1987 was a roller with trans, had disc brakes. Paid $200 bucks!
Built a fairly street stout 360 with a crane cam for about 1400 bucks all in.
Got it painted for $300 bucks (I worked at a tire shop and got 2 discontinued mags worth 800 bucks for 100, then put new tires on them and traded those for the paint job. Widened the rear 14" wheels for 40 bucks each. Never checked the trans just dropped the valve body and did a shift kit for free which was published in a Mopar magazine. That car pulled good! Front seat re-upholstered was $300 which I thought was high…. lol. Now it’s 2 grand for the seat.
