Heater instrument panel differences for 67?

Hmmm, that's interesting. Thanks for the link! I'm going to have to take mine apart and look closer again. I didn't realize those screw holes to attach the bezel to the heater controls still existed in the later model panels. I think that's what might be messed up with my parts. Seems like one of the previous owners filed down those screw bosses into cones to fit inside the screw holes instead of sitting flush against them, at least that's my best guess. I'm replacing the setup with a plain panel to mount my new A/C controls, but wanted to understand how everything was supposed to mount to begin with.
