Only a few bargains for me because used cars were always a bit higher around here.
1968 GTS convertible running/driving $1,550 in 1983
1966 Barracuda Commando, four speed discs, handling package, etc. Some old coins worth about $200 at the time (late 1980)
1964 300K running/driving $600 late 1980s
What I missed out on:
1962 300 sport with "H" interior $600 in 1977
1970 Challenger R/T 383/slapstick $1,500 in 1977
1971 440+6 GTX $600 in 1982
The 300 and the Challenger really needed nothing. The GTX was missing the six barrel and a few common Satellite Sebring parts.
Hard pass:
1969 Charger 383/4sp $400 in 1977. This car was a running/driving, but not stopping absolute turd.
