Yeah, The body shop that I worked at always sent stuff to a specific frame shop then it came back to us straight. Unfortunately I never got to see exactly how they did it. If you want to do it yourself you can get pretty accurate with a plumb bob and a concrete floor. The FSM has a lot of the measurements. I believe the mopar chassis manual does as well.
